Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fees.
Refunds will also be set at the price you paid, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
We have a 14 returns policy.
If you would like to return your purchase from our online shop for any reason you have 14 days from receipt in order for us to receive the returned items, along with a returns form (see below – ‘Returning Your Purchase’).
All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via an email confirmation once the reimbursement has been made.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change your purchase for another size or style you will need to return the original purchase and submit a new order online. A refund will be provided on receipt of the returned purchase.
Returning Your Purchase
To return your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Return’ and we will send you a returns form to complete.
You will need to state your order number, name, contact details, item you are returning and your reason for the return.
You will need to enclose this form with your returned purchase.
The returned purchase must be in the same condition sold, with all original labels and swing tags attached, the original copy of the order, in all original packaging and must not be damaged or used in any way.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
If any items are returned not in the original condition sold and does not comply with our returns policy above you will immediately be notified, the items will be sent back to you and no reimbursement will be provided.
Nasir Mazhar can take no responsibility for the returned item/s until it has reached our offices safely. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
Please try to use a trackable postage service. We would advise to keep a note of the tracking number to provide proof of the return if necessary.
If returning from outside the EU please mark the package as ‘returns’ to avoid any customs charges.
When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
Only one discount voucher can be used per order.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt; we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract if you are in the EU. You may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your items. If we receive this cancellation after your order has been dispatched you are liable for the delivery costs, and we will be unable to refund these. If we receive this cancellation after you have received your item you are also liable for the return costs.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ email@example.com and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
