Shipping and Delivery
As soon as Nasir Mazhar has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order, if placed before 11am Monday-Friday. If placed after 1pm Monday-Friday it will be processed the next working day. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
All our items are shipped from our UK warehouse. Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
